The Pavilion Tea Room opened in 2004 and is managed by the Parish Council to provide a service for the community, residents and visitors alike. It is a non-profit making facility employing six part time employees and currently opening nine months of the year, March to November.

Over the last couple of years the Pavilion Tea Room has proven very popular. Aside from being a tea room it provides a venue for local organisation's and groups such as the Mother & Toddler Group, Carers Resource and children's parties. All takings go towards purely covering overheads.
